ROM Hack Any way to access another regions DSiware?

I have an American DSi and I was wondering if there is some way of modding my IP Address or anything I can do to access another regions DSiware because there are things Japan gets that is not avaliable in the DSiware here in America. I also own a SuperCard DStwo if that helps.

Well alright then can someone answer me just one question. Is it possible to install DSiware on a DSi through modding of a flash cart or other means.

If this counts as illegal activity then don't tell me how to do it but simply state if its possible or not.

If you want DSiWare available only in a certain region, you need a DSi from that region. There is no method to get the games on a system not of that region at this time, and that isn't likely to change.
