Hacking Any help appreciated

Dunno if anyone can help with this one?

So I put CFW on my switch using the Just insert stuff tutorial that worked fine with Tinfoil installing HBW and played everything fine. I increased my SD from 32gb to 128Gb and then worked out my SD card I bought was fake and corrupting everything on the card.
I've gone back to my original 32gb Sd card now but having issues with Tinfoil installing and playing games.
I'm running 11.0.1 and have my nand back up but lost my boot files.
Can anyone help?

ok... so if your switch is booting, yes?
if it is, then most likely you need sigpatches.

What bootloader/CFW you are using?

i`m using Fuse for the bootloader and no sure what the CFW is if i`m honest. It`s one that has atmosphere and Tinfoil pre-built.

My Switch is bboting up fine to the dash but noticing some games i had before the fake memory card miss-hap wont install and if they install update.

Everything was fine before i i messed with the SD card

Tinfoil doesn't work with Fss0, so sounds like you are on Fusee-Primary, follow this

How is your SD card formatted?
