if you're looking for a good program, where you can browse some neat homebrew and download them straight to your 3ds, take a look at Universal Updater.

It has a decent amount of games, and a few of them are pretty neat. Although a lot of the apps and programs you can get are utilities, which might also be good depending on what you'd like. don't let the title of the homebrew fool you! it's more than an updater
