I was recently trying to find a solution to bypass the "Anti Savegame Restore" on legit card2 CIAs. http://3dbrew.org/wiki/Anti_Savegame_Restore
I have no flashcard, so I'm unable to use savedatafiler, but I can start the browser exploit to backup my sysNAND with the GW launcher.

A simple copy/paste of my SD files, will surely trigger the anti-restore system, when in the future I'll try to restore the previous files, unallowing me to play with an older save.

Reading from 3dsbrew (link above) the random value that verify the anti-restore system is stored in "FS module System_SaveData".
Will a system NAND+SD content backup/restore, allow me to restore everything safely, without any error? Has someone just tried?
Of course, I'll modify only one save file at a time.

A guy did this in Pokemon X/Y using a hardware nand mod a while ago, and it worked. If it worked there it should work in other games too.
