It's not working for me with firmware 1.11.
Many sites also confirm that it's not working with (i)EDGE 1.11.

There is already new released firmware from EDGE team. As we expected, Golden Sun still got two black screen with this new firmware.....

It does fix the sound problems with Etrian Odyssey 3 and Super Scribblenauts though, which is good.
