Hi. The problem is the apps keeps getting wrapped. I unlinked my nands, still keep wrapping. In sysNAND it's fine until i accidentaly chose a custom theme. Help?

You unlinked your nands, meaning you performed a system format in system settings in sysnand with the SD card out? Do you have more than one folder in SD:/Nintendo 3DS/?
