Hacking ANNOUNCING: GATEWAY 2.0 “OMEGA” PRIVATE BETA

Sooo, I downloaded the 2.1 Omega and installed it succesfully. But then I noticed, 2 out of 5 attempts to boot into Gateway mode directly (that is, bypassing the GW menu by NOT pressing the L button while pressing the Profile button) froze my system entirely until I force shutdown it. It will show you colorful lines, moving up and down, then entirely black. This won't happen if you boot indirectly (that is, pressing the L, select GW mode, then A), at least for 10 times straight. Anybody experienced this?

Btw, It works fine if I manage to get inside GW mode.

Hmm... take advantage of the awesomeness that is Gateway 2.1 Omega or wait and see if there's any brick code in this one... tough choice.

As well as waiting for my gateway I also ordered a microsd and sd card but I already tried to setup my 3ds with a second sd card but I couldn't get the exploit to load up again does anyone know why? And yes I put the Launcher.dat on the sd card but when I switch back to the other sd card it works again (I was using the mt-card exploit because I was originally gonna buy one)

So you basically use the exploit of mt to run gateway and you somehow can run it if you use sd card A but not sd card B?, weird~~ xD, you might want to format your sd card B? i know a free software "SDFormatter" which is doing a great job. But am not sure if that's going to fix any problem at all. It's not like you can do much anyway besides dumping your cartridge. w8 for your gateway. Patient my friend, patient xD

I don't have my gateway yet I just used the exploit so I could play my pokemon y without updating and I used the mt exploit because I was gonna buy one of them originally

Sent gateway an email about the error code 2 days ago and they said
"Thanks for feedback. Our tech team is looking into this right now and we will
get back to you ASAP with a solution."
