Hey guys.

I hope you're fine! I'm having some trouble and I hope someone could help me.
I have a Switch with SXOS, and I was playing Animal Crossing New Horizons. I was using NHSE and JKSV to edid the save data. Everything was going pretty right until I tried to do something different, but not so strange for those who have been messing with save editors since 3ds: I was gonna to load an old version of my save, just to check some things. I made a backup of my current save, as usual, and swaped it with an old one. BUT... when I tried to restore the old save, nothing happened, and I thought it won't work. So I came back to the home screen and loaded my ACNH, and I was shocked when the game started from the beginning! I tried to restore my old save, as I always do after any modification with the save editor, but nothing happened. I even tried to create a new save to put my current save on top of it, but that just didn't work too.
I know that ANCH uses a system save, not an individual save to each user like others games, so in that case we cannot use Checkpoint, so we use JKSV to manipulate this kind of save file.
I would appreciate if someone could help me find a way to restore my save. I searched a lot in here and couldn't find any answer.

Thank you all.

Thank you for your help! I installed SX Installer, but like Checkpoint it was unable to backup from a system save, I think ( it says "Error: no save backup was taken"). SX Installer save things in folders named after strange number codes, then I even can create a new folder to put my current save on it. Thus, this unfortunately didn't work. But thank you anyway!
As an update, at one of my attempts in JKSV, it restored my current save, however, when I load the game it says that the save data is damaged!

run the app from the home
Thank you, I just answered an update above! I'm still searching for other solutions.
