i dont know about download but as for watching i use these (you might be able to use 3rd party programs or websites to extract vids)

Pretty sure you can on kissanime. Even if you couldn't though, still don't think it's allowed.

But I know what you are asking. Technically you are not allowed to name or link to those sites because they host and provide illegal content.

And if you "can't download" from that site, you aren't trying hard enough haha
