Vita: Slim 3.60 ENSO
BootScreenPlugin: CBS-Manager
Worked fine prior to IMC Partitioning

I had made a Pusheen on a vita animated boot screen awhile back (had to Photoshop a vita into the pusheen on gameboy gif)
Worked great, however after re-partitioning with the IMC and getting everything set up again, I'm getting what I would call tearing
between the black background and the animation as it plays. I noticed in other custom boot animations that non-moving parts of the animation works fine.
(i.e. Windows XP loading but the scrolling loading blocks get the tearing issue)

I don't know if it's related to changing the partitions, or if something is loading over the boot-splash process.

I have tried with and without the Enso boot-splash removal with the same results.

Anyone else have this problem or an idea for a solution?

I will be messing with plugin orders for the time being,
thanks for any suggestions.

Solved it!
Whatever they updated on the CBS manager was causing it.
Downgraded to the 3.0 version and my tearing issue is gone!
