    there is a 1.1 version of it what the difference ?

    A few bugfixes, really. Nothing else. Saves are the same, but it's generally less buggy than the 1.0 version. I don't remember what kind of bugs were in the 1st version.

    since I want to buy the game, I want to buy the new game ? I'm kinda new version freak

    A simple Google search showed that the difference between ACWW 1.0 and 1.1 were cheats, mainly. The coding for the game is different in each, but they yield no real visible differences until you start swapping cheat codes between games; I'm guessing it was a kind of anti-seeding measure.

    If you look at store shelves today, the new copies of ACWW are probably 1.1. Again, there's little difference besides cheat codes, but if you've got to satisfy your OCD for new versions, go ahead and buy it and ignore the used copies.
