So I've had CFW on my 3DS for a few months and I normally just keep my wi-fi turned off to avoid bans and such. With that said, however, I'm looking into getting Animal Crossing New Leaf soon and from what I've read, the game isn't all that great without internet. But I'm afraid of having my Wi-Fi on and, as a result, my system being viewable by Nintendo. I have all the basic luma programs installed as well as several GBA VC injections and several 3DS games that I've installed using CIAs via FBI. Do I have anything to worry about as far as being banned or bricked if I use Wi-Fi?
