Hacking Animal Crossing Pattern Hacking

Hey there, I have been scouring the internet after hearing about a HB app that allowed you to import images from your computer into the Wii and then automatically generate and port patterns into Animal Crossing City Folk.

I haven't had much luck in finding out what this program is though, or even if it exists...

I do not mean Anicro by the way.

Any help that can be offered would be very much appreciated!
