• put the item in re-tail (you will be mailed the money, use this way if trading for bells)
• pm the fellow you want to trade with then exchange friend codes and trade/buy from re-tail
• after the trade edit your post stating that the item has been traded
• if caught someone stealing or destroy towns pm me there username, friend code and in game name here so i can add them to the "don't trade with spoiler"
• YOU CAN NOT TRADE FOR ANYTHING OUT SIDE THE GAME (no trading for cash, codes, physical merchandise, etc)

Just as a note to everyone, I'll cover general fruit exchange in my patterns/fruit thread. It's such a general, common item, it would simply be easier to take care of it there rather than cluttering up this thread with basic fruit requests (though I'm sure it will happen anyways). If you need some fruit, check there first.

Re-Tail was made for safe trading.

Put an item up for the price that you guys decide.
He pays re-tail, you get the money in the mail. It's a guaranteed safe sale.

If the user is trusted I see no harm in doing it the normal way too, it's faster.
