Homebrew Question Android payload injector questions

I have a spare android phone kicking about and was thinking of using this to inject the payload. Which is the best android payload injector, and are they safe to use?

I use this one, it is great. You set it up once by telling it what payload to use then you never have to open it again. Just plug the Switch in and it auto runs in the background.
