Gaming Android not detecting wiimote plus?

Hello. Just got a wii remote plus and a nunchuk for my wii u. I want to pair them on my phone but the wiimote controler app says found 0 wiimotes. The built in bluetooth scanner detects it as a nintendo rvl device but requires q passcode to connect to it(anybody knows it)
Tried bluez ime. It detects the device but when i want to choose the driver it does not show any wiimote hid.
I am using galaxy core prime with lollipop 5.1.1.

People have had issues since 4.4 and up on android.

but even it didn't work for a lot of people according to the comments.
