Hacking An idea about avoiding bans.

So I was looking at what exactly nintendo was looking for with the bans, and most people are saying that they were looking at what games people played. I know that there is a method to unban, which requires another hacked 3ds with decrypt9. So I was thinking, if I got a 2ds, followed the guide up to the point where I can launch decrypt9 and grab the localfriendcodeseed_b off of it, then never do anything on the 2ds again (or just never use wifi), it could allow me to have a clean localfriendcodeseed_b and continue to do custom apps and play online on my main 3ds. Any thoughts?
