Hacking An Exception Occurred ARM9 data abort

So, I bought an R4i B9S 3DS flash cart and I followed all of the instructions in this video..

I want to play NDS games so I followed the video until the very end when I was on Luma and selected R4i-SDHC and rather than allowing me to restore red flash it gives me an error message saying "An Exception Occurred. Processor: ARM9 Exception Type: data abort..

Anyone know what to do? Thanks!

Try following https://3ds.guide/ntrboot instead of the video. Not sure what the issue is though sorry.

hi , i got the same problem.. i was installing plugin for acnl and then my menu crash and the error " an exception occured - processor: arm9 exeption type: data abort" pop up... thanks you for the help.
