Hardware amiibo spoofing on the nintendo switch

saw the n2 elite (previously amiigo) for sale, looked like a nice device but quite a hassle since I don't own an android phone. Any other options which work well based on an export from windows to the device and scrolling through the amiibo's stored on the device?

There's also a USB to NFC reader / writer for the N2 Elite. You can buy that together with the N2 Elite device itself.
