Hacking Amiibo not working with installed CIA files

IS that normal? when I access amiibo on shovel knight it gives me an error has occurred hold the power button and when I try amiibo on Mario and Luigi Paper Jam Bros placing an amiibo does nothing. Anybody have a fix?

I just found out whats wrong. Amiibo was only introduced in 9.3

you download the update from "that ISO site" you put it in an "updates" folder at the root of sd card, you run sysupdater and it updates.
