AMD BIOS configuration menu is broken

I'm trying to change the shared memory from 512MB to 2GB, but when I enter BIOS configuration, none of my devices work. My mouse is messed up, and my keyboard doesn't work. YES, I have tested the keyboard and mouses in normal windows 7 and they work perfectly. Since its hard to explain the exact issue, I uploaded a video. Please help. I have tried different mouses/keyboards, different USB Ports, different buttons, etc.



Please help :/

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
