this game had bad reviews, i don't think many people will play it

The game is like Sonic Lost World's 3DS version made even worse, i.e, the gameplay's entirely surrounded around motion control which is a nightmare for portable gaming.

Regardless of how cheap it may be I'm not one to go for it, even if Amazon UK had a restock too. The prices have dropped from £60 to £34 so that didn't last long like predicted.

Wonder where Amazon found an unsold batch of Cubic Ninja copies...
Doubt its a newly made set.

It would make sense if it was. Amazon recalled their copies after Nintendo asked them to.

It could be that that Nintendo gave the go-ahead to sell them again after 9.3/9.4 patches, or it could be patched reprints.

Why should they do what Nintendo says? They'd make more money and it would help their customers if they sold those copies anyway.

To stay on good terms to get future licensing deals or continue current ones?

Exactly. Even certain "unofficial accessories" such as Action Replays are also technically banned:
Mod chips, silver disks, video game emulators, Sega boot disks, game enhancers...and unauthorized accessories are also prohibited.

lol Sega boot disks.

Nintendo doesn't patch the game, they patch the vulnerability in the next firmware release...... They could manufacture new copies requiring a higher firmware above that to which NinjHax supports.

I'm butthurt because Smealum hasn't released SSSpwn yet. Better call the Wambulance.

This belongs over in Homebrew Dev and Emulators now. Requesting a mod move it across there.

Stop shitting up our piracy forum with your posts about homebrew!*

That's the joke; I'm just pointing out that Jao Chu's signature is out of date. Soon it will be even more out of date.
His sig maker is on vacation.

* For the slow folks; this is sarcasm.

There's nothing wrong with motion controls on a portable game, unless you're playing in a car or bus and they can't be disabled. And even then, some types of motion controls are still alright for those occasions. Sonic Lost World's special stages were annoying at first but after a while you got the hang of them and they became fun. Cubic Ninja sucked because its gameplay was boring and slow.
