ive completed my story but when i seem to take the eon ticket to norman he says you dont seem to have the skill to handle mega evolution i want to shiny hunt latias so bad so does anyonye here know the solution to his problem? if not does anyone have saves right in front of latias/latios?

well i knew just putting the eon ticket in the bag using pkhex wont do....so i injected the wondercard...the games seems to recognise it as one as the mystery gift lady says to go to norman...
