Hacking all ps3 models are hackable?

are all ps3 models hackable? even the slim versions? and what hack is it? is everything softmod?

Nope, just the ones produced before February/March 2011. And even if you get one, if it has a version higher than 3.55 on it (like 4.21) you need to do an hardware downgrade, which requires an uber-skilled mod installer since it's really really difficult to do.
