There is shitloads of good news.
-Browserhax is back
-Themehax is back
-now any1 can use ironhax
This requires 10.3.0:28X
The browserhax is called spider28hax and it works only on o3ds. There is an alternative for n3ds too, so dont worry
I found this on 3dbrew.
O3ds:
-Goto smealum.github.io/3ds and download the latest starter kit
-put the contents into your SD Card
-Goto your internet browser
-goto settings and select 'Clear all save data'
-restart Internet browser
-Goto https://yls8.mtheall.com/spider28hax.php from the browser
-The homebrew launcher loads!
-now from there goto Menuhax Manager 2.1
-Install
-holy Moly! You now have themehax!
-Now power off Yds, boot themehax
-goto eshop old version downloader
-download ironfall invasion
-now go back to themehax, and install ironhax.
