Aladdin chip changing ind-bios?

I'm having an odd fiasco with this Xbox, tried a component cable and hd converter box both result in screen flickering so my only other thoughts are either the gpu is dying or something is up with bios because it doesn't flash nearly as bad on the xbmc xmb. Only when running apps or games.

I'm currently running ind-bios so I'm wondering if their is a possibility to just ftp other bios into the system dash or if anyone can confirm the gpu maybe dying out?

I'm not sure that a bios flash will fix your issue but the ind bios apparently have configs on the hard disk that you could mess with to see if that helps at all. To flash new bios just download one of the many "boot discs"
