Do you have the skin that it's looking for installed in the "ui" folder? I think it looks for "Zelda" by default, but you can also change it in "globalsettings.ini". I got the same thing when I first tried it because I had deleted the "Zelda" skin (I had assumed it would use the "black" skin by default"). After re-installing that skin, it worked fine. So I suspect that the blue screen with the freezing "start" menu has something to do with it not finding the skin.

I was having the same exact problem that other guy was. I changed the option in "globalsettings.ini" to "black" and deleted all of the other skins, as I initially did. It worked like a charm after the change! Thanks a ton!

Hm had the blue screen problem with my 4GB Kingston Class 4 SDHC but when I deleted the .ini and let it generate it worked fine

Looks like the .ini is different if its an AK2? Still having problems with my 2GB PNY though, same ini file won't work, deleting skins won't work, Windows formatter not working haha. I think its more than a skin problem - if that were the case, the Loader should work fine. I'm having problems with it reading my microSD when I click the button

I've a bug, it will show a menu that has flash memory, microsd, and slot 2, I assume as if it were an RPG.

If I select either one of those, it will show a box with the word "text" in the box and freeze.
I don't believe anything is shown on the upper screen, either.
If I press start, it will freeze.

I've tried a completely fresh install. Same issue.

I've a Micro SD Kingston made in japan 1 GB
(i've tried to format without flag on "Quick Format" but no changements)

You should try using AKAIO 1.1r2 instead of AKAIO 1.0
