Hacking AK2I not being read on ds lite

So I was playing pokemon black earlier on it working fine but when i got home i rebooted my ds and it wasnt working right.... I have included a video

First check the files on a PC to see if they became corrupted, if not then it might be a contact issue, and you will have to do the "paper trick" just search it. My ak2i will read sometimes and sometimes not if I don't do the paper trick to it.

Try putting paper between the back of the DS and the sticker of the cart. I had to do this for mine. What I did was print out a picture of the acekard 2i and cut out what would be the sticker part of it and tape that on the ak2i.

Use an eraser to clean the brass points and wipe with alcohol Hand sanitizer.

I had the exact same problem!
I got an AK2 and an AK2i for two friends, but one of the DS just won't read the AK2i, so i made them use each other's, and problem was solved.

but i see how that won't be any help on your side...
i can suggest few steps for you though.
1.see if the card works on another DS (some flash cards just come DOA)
if it works on another DS,
2. clean contact points, paper trick
if it still fails to read,
3. return, or trade with someone
