FAT error is usually a firmware issue.

    Reformat and reinstall.

it does not need drivers unless you are using an old version of windows that does not nativly support usb 2.0.

when are getting the fat error? when you boot the firmware, when you run a rom? if its from a rom, is it off the nand or msd?

i think he's saying that his PC doesnt recognize the drive (not drivers) that the NAND is supposed to be assigned to.

Just trying to troubleshoot here, but maybe you could try formatting the RPG through command prompt first to get it going. In windows (if, for example your NAND drive is J:), click start,->run, type CMD, when the cmd window opens, type format J: /Q /A:64k /FS:FAT

another option is to see if the panasonic recognizes the drive and use it to format.

When i insert the RPG on my PC, the PC try to install the drivers for the card, but he doesn't find them.
So for me is impossible to format or change the system files.

Sorry, another time, for my english.
EDIT: I've tried to format with ubuntu, but the PC cant find the card [IMG]

does your pc have usb 2.0? from what i remember the rpg requires it and won't load on a usb 1.0/1.1. i haven't messed with it on my windows 98 machine in a long time, so i might be wrong. if you are using linux why don't you run a virtual machine and install xp. windows xp should automatically detect the drive. i'm not a linux user so i can't suggest more, but any standard usb driver should work. the thing is just basically a flash drive with 1 gb of memory.
