I really appreciate the help.
Looks like the problem was just to install autoplugin and install the sd2vita plugins again, my 32gb sd card worked... while, the other sd card i was using while fixing the sd2vita card was a fake, so most likely the files were already corrupted, no wonder i cant find my games

I cant remember the name of the tool but as long as you have written the img to your sd so it can work and you use a tool to mount the sd2vita
