Hacking After installing CIOS REV13a - random black screen at boot

Hi,

Not sure why or if anyone else is experiencing this problem. I installed rev13a earlier this week
and noticed since that when I power up the Wii, it randomly hangs at a black screen. Usually a simple
power off and try again works and the system menu comes up. It seems to be random but it
has only started happening since I installed 13a. Could that be coincidence? Could it have something
to do with the USB drive connected to the Wii during power up? I tired unplugging it and was able to
successfully get the menu to come up 4 times in a row (did not have time to keep testing) but it never
caused problems with rev10.

I also have Preloader 0.29 and latest Bootmii installed if that has any effect on it. Any feedback would
be appreciated.

Its a bug in CIOS38REV13a, I advise use CIOS36rev10 till CIOS38REV14 comes out in july
