Homebrew after downgrade issues

so after downgrading (3rd 3ds ive modded) it only installed a few of the update files and then froze on 10s count down when it finished.

so after hard shut down, i started it back up, at that point menuhax was still working, but nothing would load to continue the modding process.

firmware checks to be 9.2 and games and things run fine, but none of the exploits work.

after long efforts, neither broswerhax or OOThax will work, and I cannot load anything past an orange screen without getting

"An error has occurred. Please save your data in any software currently in use, and then restart the system."

and now with the 11-u firmware out, i think im pretty much screwed. anyone know of a work around?

I do have a few games that might work but not sure how to start that upgrade process, MH3/4U, pkmnY/AS are most recent that might be over 9.2 firm? but they start just fine when loading. so probably a wash too...

Did you try to "Clear all save data" in the browser?

yea, clear all data in browsers, initialize save data, even tried setting time and date back with all the above. like it was working fine before the down grade, so ik it would go into the grid launcher. but after the downgrade none of the apps would launch afterward, they would soft boot back into the gridlauncher. I even tried using the original menu launcher that comes with the homebrew starter pack. after none of that worked, i figured the SD card might have been the problem, and formatted and put all fresh files on it. still just does the same thing, then i formatted the 3ds thinking that might fix the issue, and now where menuhax is gone, I have no access what so ever.

so i got hb access again. I swapped OOT hax to the original firmware the 3ds was on, 9.8 and it loaded right up, i was so focused on it still showing 9.2 i didnt think it would work. so restarting the downgrading process. and praying to cthulu for guidance!
