Hacking Adrenaline 6 crashing

Alright I decided it's time to update Adrenaline so I downloaded the VPK as usual and installed it and it downloads the psp firmware just fine but it crashes after that and no matter what I do after that it just crashes and I'm not sure why.

I'm using a PS TV on 3.60 firmware of course
