Gaming Adobe PhotoShop CS5 speech bubbles??

I have cs5 and was wondering how to you use speech bubbles over or in a layer ?? can anyone give me step by step on how to get a speech bubble for cs5 ??

I think you're referring to the Note Tool. Just look around on the tool bat until you see it. It looks like a caption box (the icon of the tool).
