Gaming adobe flash player full screen problem

Whenever I want to watch a video in fullscreen in a site like youtube the screen goes black but the sound plays.
Then I found somewhere that disabling hardware accelerations fixes the problem.
Disabled hardware accelerations and after some time all videos get ultra choppy and laggy.
I use Google Chrome which has Adobe flash player built-in, ATI Mobility Radaeron HD 4570-512mb RAM and win 7 32-bit.
