My Wiikey was installed by a modder and I assumed that it was installed via a long wire method. However, when I just opened up my Wii to install a switch to play Brawl tomorrow, I was disappointed to see that it was in fact a short wire install.
I am wondering now if there is an easy way to install a switch with a short wire install or if I am screwed. I would prefer not to move it since I don't want to risk lifting a pad or breaking it.

If looking at that, there are only wires coming from the light blue contact and the dark blue and they are attached to the controller...
Can I still install a switch and if so, how can I go about doing this? I really want to play Brawl tomorrow and I was all ready to put this switch in... thanks.
