Hacking Activating PSTV with 3.63 spoof?

Hey guys, I was trying to activate my PSTV before this was released to download a PSP demo for Afrenaline, but I was having trouble getting access to a PS3 for that method.

Now that you can spoof 3.63, would it be safe to use that and activate my console through normal means? Would it possibly let me download a demo without activating? The last firmware spoof was dead when I started messing around with it so I'm unfamiliar with how this works.

You can activate the console that way, just download anything from the PSN store and your console will be activated.

Though note we did have a way to activate without PSN that released a couple months ago as well, if PSN access ever goes down and you have to re-activate.

That worked! I guess nobody has to use the PS3 method for a while.

You can to use base game easy installer adrenaline, it's very small(4mb)
