Gaming Action Replay to NTR plugin

Total noob here. Is there any way to create an ntr plugin from action replay codes?

and is it possible to use action replay code of the inazuma eleven 3 team ogres attacks (ds) to the 3ds version ?

ActionReplay(Gateshark) to NTR Plugins is possible with NTR Plugin Manager.
For the DS to 3DS I don't think it's possible to do it automatically (and NTR doesn't work with DS games iirc).

Thank you for the advice and can't wait for the CTRPF.

The game I'm trying for action replay to work is a 3ds game Crimson Shroud. I couldn't find any ntr plugin so I might as well try making one for the first time.
What program do you suggest to change the AR code to gateshark?
(I was only able to find AR codes for crimson shroud and no gateshark)

If you're speaking about AR3DS section on Fort42, forget it.
It's a pain and there's no real way to convert the codes.

The way it works is different from Gateshark (it uses pa instead of va).
