Homebrew ACNL removing bells

@Sambamalam @Filo97 Well I used to hex edit the save to change the value of bells to a predetermined value. You couldn't just edit it to 0 directly since bell values are 'encrypted'. Now you can just go onto the save editor and edit it directly thanks to SciresM finding the algorithm to decrypt and re-encrypt bell values ;)
