(ACNL) How do I make a villager wear a certain texture? With Ohana3ds

I'm creating a custom villager of Hatsune Miku. I wanted to make her wear her iconic skirt but I remember that villagers don't have a texture for their clothes and that they change their shirts and stuff. is there a way to make it so she just doesn't wear shirts & she only wears one texture made by me?
I'm using Ohana3Ds
