Hacking Acerkard 2i on Lum

I recently completed the al9 hax and was surprised to find that my old ak2i card works on it. Or it works about half of the time. The other half it either doesn't work or freezes the system. Is there anything I can do to get better performance? I've already updated the firmware on the AK2i with the following instructions:

Did you do the kernel update?

My AK2i works fine. Maybe it is a contact issue with the cart when it fails?

Mine is on the update that makes it appear as Rafa Nadal Tennis. I use the last release of AKAIO for software on the cart.

I'm using the one I posted. It's the one compatible with 3ds and DS Lite.

EDIT: DURRRRR Didn't read properly. Well, it still stands. Use that and report my friend.
