Hacking Acekard Action Reply

I have some codes I want to put into a game, but I'm not sure how to make the file for the built-in action replay function? Does anyone know how, and is willing to help me?

Just download one of the cheat files there. I don't really know exactly what the difference between them all is, but I think they should all work...I use CHEAT.DAT.

No, I need to know how to manually MAKE the file on my own. So I can add codes that aren't in those. I want to be able to edit the files myself...

http://home.usay.jp/pc/etc/nds/ Find R4cce in the downloads section. Grab a usrcheat.dat or a cheat.dat from the link in Da-Bomb1's post. Open the cheat file and put in your cheats where ever they belong. I use usrcheat.dat anyways.

But what if the games aren't in there? I mean to add the games myself.

Okay, here's how it goes, for my R4 atleast (but assuming you're using a CHEAT.DAT file, it shouldn't matter).

1) Download any CHEAT.DAT file, since you're gonna use your own cheats.
2) Download Cheat Code Editor (Google it up)
3) Load up your CHEAT.DAT.
4) Click the DS with a green checkmark on it and then click the binoculars
5) Find the ROM of whatever game you're looking to add a cheat to.
6) Then click the box thingy with green checkmark
7) Add the action replay code to it
8) Click the save button or whatever when its entered.
9) Huzzah! Success! Repeat steps 6-8 for another code for the same game or the entire thing again for another game.
