Gaming Acekard 2i Questions

I have Mario Party DS and I wish to play it on DS Download Play with my brother. I turned on DS Download Play because the default was on DISABLED. Should I keep it off? Will it ruin anything to keep it on?

Also, can I play lets say Mario Kart DS online, and will Nintendo ban the Acekard from my DSi or DS Lite or anything?

Both these games are on my Acekard 2i, just so you know.

I'd turn it on. When turned off it's meant to give a slight speed increase in some games, but I can't say i've noticed any difference. I had problems getting Mario Party getting to work over WiFi in the past, I believe it was because I was using the V1.1 ROM.

No, Nintendo won't ban or block your DS.
