Hacking Ace3DS+: slow metroid Prime Pinball.

Is this an sd card issue?

it's a pny 16G class 10.

right from the factory i put firm and games on it.

1) would using panasonic formatter help?
2) if not, would changing cluster sizes help?

Does sanyone have an ace3ds+ and full speed metroid prime pinball?

My DSTT runs the game fine, with only maybe slight slowdown on the Phazon mini boss shockwave.

should i try the sdcard that works right on the dstt?

You should try to use the memory card from the dstt it will cost you nothing and if it works great, you know it comes from your SD, if it is no better, then that mean it come from the Ace3DS+ fw

using sd formatter on the new sd card improved things. which is odd as it should have been formatted right from the factory. performing better. pirate frigate is now a lot more playable. beginning to think maybe there's no substitute for the original cart.something about the way this game constantly fetches data from different memory banks makes any card that doesn't load the entire thing to memory fast enough slow down, i suspect.

btw, seems ace3ds+ comes with the gbatemp Wood skin... (chuckle)
