Accidentally Updated Switch / Can't Load CFW

if on cfw switch remove sdcard after power off, reboot to ofw and update firmware, is it safe or not? by safe i meant will it screw up cfw if i reinsert back the cfw sdcard to boot to hekate.

It depends on your setup.
If your playing on sysnand with legit games (no pirated/backups/nsps/xci on sysnand) your fine.

If your playing with buckups/pirated content installed, then don't update through nintendo. Or else you'll get a ban
