Hacking Accessing the DSi store without killing my card

Here's the issue. I'd like to have a copy of Shantae: Risky's Revenge for the DSi. I even want to pay for it, but one thing I don't want to do is lose access to my Acekard 2i in the process. I had to update the card once before, fooling the DSi into believing that it was a copy of Danny Phantom... will I have to update it again? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

There's already a new AceKard2i patch for the latest firmware.
Update the card to make the DSi think it's a copy of "ALEX RIDER STORMBREAKER".
The guide to update your card should still be somewhere on the homepage of this website.
So yeah, update your card then update your DSi.
