Hacking Accessing options via homebrew

Is there an Application that can edit settings (aka internet, screen res, anything in the options menu) without going through system menu?

My wii can only access the homebrew channel.

Well if I can't get to the system menu how could I possibly get to the internet settings, screen settings, etc.?

Tried. It loves to black screen me no matter what I do. I've had it since launch and ever since this has happened I've booted through Homebrew to play stuff.

try the function in libogc that allows you to start the system menu and skip directly to the settings page. if all you have is a banner brick, this may allow you to access all your settings.

the title launcher in usbloader GX has a option at the end to load the settings that uses this function.
