The Wii of my family has 2 tasks to do:
1. Play Wii Sports
2. Play Just Dance
Which is why it has been running these 2 games from a SD Card since a few years. No need for a bigger USB or hard drive.
Recently, I tried to put some DLC (Songs in .wad format) for Just Dance on the SD Card using the Riiconnect24Patcher script, because I had enough space on the SD Card left.
However, I only just noticed that once I launch a game from the SD card, for example Just Dance, the Wii acts like there is no SD card inserted anymore.
All the games I launch will tell me that there is no SD Card inside the Wii. (Which is obviously not true, since these games are running OFF it.)
What is the reason that the SD Card is disabled once a game is launched from it? Is it simply not possible to run a game from the SD card and access it at the same time?
