Misc AC:New Leaf wifi issue..error code：018-0512

Dear all,

This issue has been bugging me for a month..Sometime I got visited and visit others town but sometime not, with this error code..

I have been following nintendo's instruction to set up and now my 3ds said "another device using the same IP address"

My desktop's set up:

broadband + TP link wireless adapter + connectify

Note: I have no problem browsing internet on 3ds and I can do the tortimer island visit but only for "North America" but not "International", I can received dlc item from post office..

Please.. help me, I am a total noob in this..thanks a bunch..maybe a jacob ladder for you? =)

I have the same issue. I posted about it sometime last year. Nobody could help me out.
