Homebrew AC:CF player character editor?

i would like to edit my AC:CF save file to change my character to a girl without losing items/data. however, the main two editors i found for this game ( ACToolkit and ACSE) don't have this option (or maybe i just missed it). is there one that can edit this, or is there a technical reason this can't be done?
